If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original payment date. No questions asked.
Email billing@snipsnip.space with the email address associated with your account. We'll process the refund within 5 business days.
One-time purchases (e.g. clip credits) are refundable within the same 14-day window, provided the credits have not been used.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
